WHAT WE OFFER

• $60,000 - $85,000annual salary (based on experience)

THE ROLE

• Shadow and train with experienced Field Supervisors
• Help plan plantingandharvest schedules
• Assistin leadingand organizingfieldlabourteams
• Inspect crops, track progress, and support harvest operations
• Run soil/water tests, pesticide spraying, and crop protection
• Ensure equipment ismaintainedand repaired
• Follow industry standards for handling, packing, and storing produce

ABOUT YOU

Successful Scotlynn Candidates Have

• Hands-on crop experience (sweet corn, pumpkins, asparagus, watermelon, ginseng, etc.)
• Experience running andmaintainingfarm equipment
• Pesticide License
• Strong communicationskills (Spanish an asset)
• Able to work independently and outdoors in all conditions

REQUIREMENTS

• Must commute reliably to Vittoria, ONand surrounding farms
• Valid GLicence
• Full-time, permanent availability (hours vary seasonally)
