Field Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, Service, & maintain construction equipment in the workshop and field

Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults

Respond to breakdowns and carry out repairs and preventative maintenance

Complete service reports, job sheets, and warranty documentation

Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

About you

Trade-qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic or equivalent qualification

Experience working on construction, earthmoving, materials handling, or other heavy equipment

Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and diagnostic skills

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Full NZ drivers license
