N and N Contracting Limited is seeking reliable and experienced Field Supervisors (Multiple Vacancies) to join our team and support day-to-day field operations.
The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising workers, coordinating daily activities, monitoring productivity and quality, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily field activities.
Allocate duties to workers and monitor work performance.
Ensure productivity and quality standards are maintained.
Provide guidance and training to workers where required.
Coordinate labour requirements and daily work schedules.
Monitor the use of tools, machinery and other field resources.
Ensure workers follow health and safety requirements and company procedures.
Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.
Report operational issues and progress to management.
Assist with maintaining work and production records as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in agriculture, field operations or a supervisory role is preferred.
Ability to supervise and coordinate a team effectively.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends where required.
A valid NZ Class1 driver license or equivalent overseas required.
What We Offer:
Competitive pay of $27.00 – $35.00 per hour, depending on experience.
