Finance Support Officer

• About the Opportunity
• We’re looking for two Finance Support Officers to join a friendly team on a 6-month temporary assignment.
• You’ll be supporting a high-volume invoice processing function (no data entry), helping keep day-to-day work moving.
• Process and check a high volume of supplier invoices
• Review invoice details for accuracy and validity
• Code invoices correctly and move them through the approval process
• Work across PAP and SAP, with full systems training provided
• Start with straightforward invoices and build up to more complex processing
• What You’ll Bring
• You don’t need to be a highly experienced AP specialist, but you will need a solid basic finance foundation and confidence working with invoices.

We’re looking for someone with

Previous AP, AR, finance admin or invoice processing experience

A basic understanding of invoices, GST, net and gross values

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

A strong work ethic and ability to work through high volumes

Good communication skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly

SAP experience would be useful, but isn’t essential.
