Finance Transformation / Business Analyst - Graduate Programme

Support CFOs in Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team, delivering technology-driven solutions and strategic guidance for finance functions.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing

• Work on large-scale technology and operating model transformations from design through implementation.
• Identify client problems through interactive workshops and labs.
• Design the future state of finance functions.
• Collaborate with client business and IT teams to translate needs into technical requirements.
• Support design and implementation of finance solutions.
• Create documentation and client presentation materials essential for programme delivery.
• Engage with clients to solve complex problems and understand Deloitte’s approaches.
• Learn how technologies support organizational functions and select appropriate technologies.
• Collaborate with Deloitte’s Finance Transformation and wider practice experts.

About You

The company is looking for

• A minimum 2:1 degree or studying towards one in any discipline.
• Graduation by September 2026 for the Autumn 2026 intake.
• Strong problem-solving and client engagement skills.
• Interest in finance transformation, technology, and business strategy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Commitment to sustainability, diversity, and inclusion values.
• Eligibility to work without visa sponsorship (this role does not offer visa sponsorship).
