Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst required to work with Harmony Accountants Limited,

located at 3 Harmony Court, Harmony Row , Dublin 2 , D02 VY52.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Analyse monthly results, variance drivers and key performance indicators; prepare management commentary and board packs.
• Partner with business units to evaluate investments, pricing and cost initiatives; present insights and recommendations.
• Support annual budget and quarterly forecast cycles; coordinate inputs and ensure data integrity.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis, sensitivity testing and what-if modelling to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and applicable Irish laws and accounting standards in all analyses and reports.

Preferred Experience & Skills

Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; proficiency with BI/reporting tools is an advantage.

Working knowledge of management accounting concepts and financial statements.

Clear communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analysis for non-finance stakeholders.

Attention to detail, ownership, mindset and ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
