About the Role

Arawa Park Hotel Rotorua is seeking professional and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service across our restaurant, bar, breakfast, conference, and event operations while maintaining high standards of presentation and guest satisfaction.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities include:

Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests.

Assist with restaurant, bar, breakfast, conference, and event operations.

Take orders, serve food and beverages, and process payments accurately.

Prepare and maintain service areas to a high standard.

Respond to guest enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

Adhere to food safety, health & safety, and liquor licensing requirements.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide outstanding guest experiences.

Skills and Requirements:

Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Friendly, professional, and guest-focused.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Reliable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service is an advantage.

Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

Flexible to work rostered shifts across all 7 days a week, including morning, evening, weekends and public holidays

New Zealand Citizenship, permanent residency or a current valid work visa is essential!
