Food & Beverage Assistants

We are inviting applications from Food & Beverage professionals to join our established team in The Falls, Sheen Bar, Sheen Lounge and Stables Brasserie. If you have an eye for detail, a passion for hospitality and pride in delivering five-star luxury service, we would love to hear from you.

Working within our Food & Beverage team, you will be part of an exciting, fast-paced environment where quality service and memorable guest experiences are at the heart of everything we do. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills with guidance and support from our Food & Beverage management team.

Your role

• Welcome and engage with guests, providing friendly, attentive and professional service.
• Deliver excellent service throughout each guest's dining experience.
• Build strong menu knowledge to explain dishes, answer questions and offer recommendations.
• Provide accurate allergen information and communicate dietary requirements clearly.
• Work closely with restaurant and kitchen colleagues to ensure seamless service.
• Take pride in presentation, attention to detail and maintaining service standards.
• Follow all relevant health and hygiene regulations.

What we are looking for

• A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service.

• Previous experience in food service or a similar role is desirable.

• Excellent personal presentation and a professional approach.

• A positive team spirit and willingness to support colleagues.

• Flexibility, dependability and punctuality.

• Enthusiasm for learning and developing your hospitality skills.

We have full-time and part-time positions available on a rostered basis, including weekend and evening shifts. These roles offer an opportunity to contribute to our established team while developing your experience in a luxury hospitality setting.
