Production Management

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities within the stone processing facility.
• Allocate work to operators and production staff to meet customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Monitor production output and ensure targets are achieved.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimise downtime.
• Ensure stone products are manufactured to specification and quality standards.

Team Leadership

• Lead, motivate, and support production employees.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and work planning meetings.
• Train and mentor new and existing employees.
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and performance.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

Health & Safety

• Promote and enforce a strong health and safety culture.
• Ensure all employees comply with company safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
• Conduct workplace inspections and report hazards.
• Assist with accident investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
• Ensure machinery is operated safely and in accordance with company procedures.

Quality Control

• Monitor stone cutting, finishing, and processing activities.
• Inspect finished products to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
• * Maintain high standards of workmanship throughout production.
