What you'll learn
Forklift
Pre-start checks and safety inspections
Safe lifting, stacking and load stability
Travelling with loads
Operating Forklift
Reach Truck
Operating in narrow aisles and tight spaces
Reach and tilt controls
Placing and retrieving pallets in high-bay racking
Safe stacking at height
Stock Picker (Man Up)
Safe use of the elevating operator platform
Harness and fall-protection requirements
Picking individual items from racking
Working safely at height
Pallet Truck
Manual and powered pallet truck operation
Safe handling and load positioning
Loading and unloading in dock areas
Working efficiently in a warehouse
When you finish:
Get licensed/certified on completion
Get job placement support.
Good to know:
Beginner-friendly, no experience needed
Experienced operators welcome to upskill
