Pavilion is proudly a hatted restaurant, newly awarded in 2026 - recognised for our food, our customer service, and our venue. It's a milestone that reflects the whole team, and our front of house crew are a huge part of why we earned it.
We're now looking for experienced, full-time front of house and bar staff to join us for the upcoming summer season. This isn't just about taking orders and pouring drinks - it's about being the face of a restaurant, the smiling face thats greets them at the door and the people that make their experience great.
About the role
You'll be working the floor and the bar, looking after guests from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave - seating, service, recommendations, drinks, and everything in between. You'll work closely with our kitchen and bar teams to keep service smooth, polished, and genuinely warm, and you'll play a direct role in maintaining the standard that's now attached to our name.
What you'll bring
Solid front of house and/or bar experience, ideally in a high-volume, or similarly polished hospitality environment
A genuine passion for hospitality and a natural ability to make guests feel looked after
Strong food and beverage knowledge, or a real willingness to build it quickly
A sharp eye for detail - table presentation, timing, and reading what a table needs before they ask
The confidence and professionalism to represent a hatted restaurant, and the team spirit to help everyone around you lift to that standard
Full-time availability (minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed), including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
