- *Job Overview**:
As a Funding Manager, you’ll be the final touchpoint in the customer journey, closing deals, answering last questions, and ensuring customers feel confident in their financial decisions. You’ll use your sales expertise to match customers with the right loan products, guide them through the final steps, and deliver a positive, educational experience that helps build long-term financial health.

- *NOTE: This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position in downtown Vancouver.**
- *What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Present and sell loan products based on the customer’s financial needs and circumstances.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic approach to convert potential hesitations into successful outcomes.
- Guide customers through the final steps of the process, ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide clear, concise financial education about product benefits to their credit history/file.
- Serve as a resource for customers, answering questions and offering guidance to build financial health.
- Ensure customers fully understand product offerings, terms, and how they can improve their credit score as an added benefit.
- *What You Should Already Have**:
- 3+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in financial services.
- Expertise in objection handling and negotiation - closing skills.
- Strong communication skills in English; French is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to stay organized and effective in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first attitude

- All new hires start at a **$45,000 base salary** with the ability to earn **uncapped commissions**. We provide a transparent path to advancement, ensuring your contributions are recognized and rewarded.
- *Projected Yearly Earnings**:
- **Level 1**- Training and Onboarding Phase (First 3 Months)**:$45,000 - $59,700**:
- **Level 2**- Post-Ramp Performance Stage**:$72,000 - $82,400**:
- **Level 3**- Established High Performer with Proven Results**:$96,600 - $110,000+**
