Location & Work Arrangement

Full‑time, permanent, on‑site position in downtown Vancouver.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assess customer needs and offer tailored auto financing solutions.
• Guide customers through the auto financing process, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collect and verify all necessary documentation and information for loan approval.
• Educate customers on available financing options, loan terms, interest rates, and conditions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealerships to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering long‑term relationships.

What You Should Already Have

• Ability to clearly explain auto financing options, terms, and conditions to customers.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Attention to detail and highly organized.
• Motivation to grow within a new and expanding department with opportunities for career advancement.

What We Will Give You

• Full training by experienced managers at the outset and throughout employment.

Compensation

• Level 1: $50,000 base salary + bonus.
• Level 2: $60,000 base salary + bonus. Base salary increases upon meeting performance metrics.

Projected Yearly Earnings

• Level 1: $55,500 – $68,000
• Level 2: $65,500 – $90,000
