Join our agricultural team as a General Farm Worker, where you will play a role in maintaining the health and productivity of our farm operations. This position requires working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, supporting various aspects of crop cultivation, equipment maintenance, and farm infrastructure. You will contribute directly to the success of our farm, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality produce.
Duties
Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting crops using appropriate hand tools and equipment
Handle heavy lifting tasks involving bags of supplies, equipment parts, or harvested produce
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, equipment usage, and maintenance tasks
Qualifications
No experience is required
