**We’re Hiring!**

We are currently looking to fill a **Full-Time, permanent position** for a **General Labour** in our **Production Department** at our **Laredo, TX** facility.

**What You'll Do (Job Specific Tasks):**

• Grading, sorting, packaging, and clipping of produce as per customer specifications. This entails checking the size, weight, count, colour, condition and packaging of each commodity that leaves our facility.
• Any defective products found during the sorting process are removed.
• Ensure the weight of each box is accurate based on customer specification.
• Place labels on bags and packages accordingly.
• Ensure all boxes are stacked straight on skids/pallets.
• Clean and sanitize the production line using cleaning solutions and hand tools before and after each use. Each employee is responsible for cleaning their applicable areas.

**What You Bring (Qualifications):**

• Must be able to distinguish colours
• Able to work well with minimal supervision for most of the day.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and attention to detail are essential.
• Must display a respectful, and positive attitude.
• Committed to continuous learning as every day presents new information and exciting challenges.
• Must comply with all Health and Safety, Food Safety, Bio Security, and Nature Fresh Policies and Procedures.

**What To Expect (Working Conditions & Physical Requirements):**

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Understand and follow information and instruction from the Supervisor
• Bending, stretching, twisting, or reaching with body, arms, and/or legs
• Fast paced warehouse environment where temperatures vary from cooler to temperature-controlled areas.
• Working with a wide array of people/culture in a team setting.
• There may be an occasional need for some heavy lifting and bending, twisting, and reaching as needed.
