Looking for a role where no two days are the same? We're seeking a reliable and practical Casual Maintenance Assistant to support our Facilities Coordinator and General Maintenance team with a variety of tasks across our Christchurch site. This is a great opportunity for a student, intern or practical all-rounder.

About the roleThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, being out and about, and helping keep our site in great condition. Work will be available on an as-needed basis during normal weekday business hours.
Key responsibilities include
Assisting with general maintenance tasks
Performing basic repairs and upkeep around our sites
Building and assembling furniture, shelving and equipmentYard and grounds maintenance
Painting, signage installation and site improvements
Collecting and transporting supplies between locations
Supporting the Facilities Coordinator with day-to-day tasks
What you'll bring
A practical, hands-on approach to work
Good level of physical fitness
Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools
A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Reliability and strong work ethic
Full Class 1 licence preferred
