What you'll do

Provide comprehensive GP care to residents in Residential Aged Care Facilities

Conduct virtual consultations supported by our team and onsite nursing staff

Build trusted relationships with residents, families and facility teams

What you'll bring

RACGP Fellowship and current unconditional AHPRA registration

Experience in aged care pathways or palliative care

Compassionate, patient-focused care and confidence with virtual platforms.
