**In-Office Marketing Manager & PPC Specialist (Health Insurance Agency)**

Our mission is to generate high-quality inbound leads and scale aggressively through strategic digital marketing.
We are looking for a results-driven **in-office Marketing Manager & PPC Specialist** to own and scale our paid advertising efforts.
**Position Overview**
This is a full-time, in-office role responsible for building, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
You will manage the entire funnel — from ad creation to conversion tracking to backend performance analysis — ensuring profitable lead generation at scale.
**Key Responsibilities**
Paid Advertising Strategy & Execution
- Build Google Ads campaigns from scratch
- Develop and manage Meta campaigns for lead generation
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
- Structure campaigns to maximize Quality Score and reduce CPC
- Write compelling ad copy that converts
- Create and test landing page variations
- Manage and optimize monthly ad budgets
- Scale winning campaigns while controlling CPL Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Set up and manage:
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics 4
- Conversion tracking
- Call tracking systems
- Monitor key KPIs:
- Cost per Lead (CPL)
- Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- Conversion Rate
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Build weekly performance reports
- Identify inefficiencies and scaling opportunities
- Collaborate with sales team to track lead quality and close rates
Optimization & Growth
- Improve funnel conversion rates
- A/B test creatives, headlines, audiences, and landing pages
- Adjust campaigns based on backend profitability
- Prepare for seasonal scaling (Open Enrollment & peak periods)
- Maintain compliance with health insurance advertising guidelines
**Qualifications**
- 3+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Proven experience generating inbound leads
- Strong understanding of attribution and conversion tracking
- Experience managing $10K–$100K+ monthly ad spend
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in-office full time and collaborate with leadership and sales team
**Preferred Experience**
- Health insurance, Medicare, or financial services marketing
- Call center lead generation experience
- CRM & call tracking integration experience
- Experience scaling campaigns during seasonal surges
**Compensation**

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
