To build and scale the public sector business across North America, the full-time Government Account Executive will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, identify strategic opportunities for AI integration in government services, and establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders, all while working remotely with a preference for candidates based in Washington, D.C.

##### Key responsibilities

Build and own ElevenLabs' Government go-to-market motion across federal, state, and public sector agencies

Identify and pursue opportunities for voice and agents to transform government services and citizen engagement

Develop account strategies and navigate complex procurement processes within government environments

##### Required qualifications

8+ years of experience selling to government or public-sector organizations

Proven track record of successfully closing complex deals in federal or regulated environments

Experience building a new vertical or go-to-market motion from early stages

Strong executive presence and ability to engage with senior stakeholders

Passion for modernizing government services through AI and emerging technologies
