Established in 1963, BSK Consulting Engineers Ltd is a well-established engineering consultancy firm providing structural, and geotechnical engineering services across a wide range of sectors. Based in the Bay of Plenty, we work on a variety of projects throughout New Zealand. With offices in Rotorua, Tauranga and Taupō, we offer a flexible working environment, a good work/life balance and a team with a wealth of knowledge and experience to share.
About the role
We have an opportunity for a geotechnical engineering graduate with up to 3 years' experience looking to develop their career to the next level. The works the successful application will undertake including site investigations, design, analysis, reporting and construction monitoring. Working alongside our senior engineers, you'll have the opportunity to build your technical skills while taking responsibility for projects from the early stages through to construction. Travel will be required depending on project locations.
About you
Bachelor of Engineering (New Zealand or Washington Accord Qualified)
The ability to apply technical knowledge to achieve practical solutions
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
Knowledge and experience of geotechnical software and Microsoft Office
High level of professionalism
A full, valid New Zealand driver's licence
