The opportunity

We’re offering a custom-built graduate pathway designed for ambitious people who want to lead from the ground up. You’ll join our Operations team in an entry-level leadership support role, rolling up your sleeves to learn how our business runs, right at the heart of it.

Think of this as a “get stuck in and learn everything” kind of job. You’ll be involved in whatever needs doing from production tasks to project work, analytics, planning, and strategy. You’ll also be communicating and collaborating across the entire business working alongside everyone from skilled operators and technicians to design engineers, and senior managers. With guidance from experienced mentors, your growth (and career trajectory) will move as fast as your drive allows.

What you’ll learn (and do)

Over 18 months, you'll complete rotations across key areas of the business and gain hands-on experience in areas like:

Project & operations management

Production planning & management

Strategic & financial planning

Logistics & Distribution

People leadership & staff training

Health & Safety

ERP, process design & improvement

Recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, Process Engineering or similar
