What You’ll Do:

As a Grille Shift Supervisor, you’ll help oversee daily Grille operations while working alongside the team to prepare fresh food, provide great service, and maintain our standards for quality and food safety.

Lead the Shift: Help guide the Grille team, assign tasks, and keep food service operations running smoothly throughout the shift.

Prepare Customer Favorites: Cook and prepare hot and cold menu items accurately and efficiently, including made-to-order items and Grille Express selections.

Serve Up Great Service: Provide friendly, helpful service, respond to customer concerns, and make sure customers have a great experience.

Keep It Clean: Make sure food service areas, equipment, and workspaces are properly cleaned and organized.

Follow Food Safety Standards: Make sure food is properly prepared, handled, and stored while following sanitation, temperature, and food safety requirements.

Train and Support the Team: Help train and guide team members to maintain consistent food quality, safety, and service.

Complete Required Records: Maintain food production records, temperature logs, inventory information, and other required documentation.

Keep Things Ready: Oversee food prep, restocking, product rotation, and preparation for the Grille, Grille Express, and catering.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Experience: Previous supervisory experience in a retail, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred.

Certifications: ServSafe certification preferred, or willingness to obtain it.

* Skills: Ability to lead and support a team, stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards for food quality and customer service.
