What You’ll Do:

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person for leading and supporting our team during your shift.

Create a Welcoming Atmosphere: Set the tone for exceptional customer service and a positive workplace for employees.

Lead the Team: Provide daily prioritization and guidance for employee tasks, ensuring everyone stays on track and productive.

Train and Develop: Oversee training and growth opportunities for employees, offering support and communicating performance feedback to management.

Keep Things Stocked: Maintain inventory levels by ensuring merchandise is rotated, replenished, and ready for customers.

Stay Organized: Manage store cleanliness, safety, security, and organization to keep the store running smoothly and looking great.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma/GED and basic math and computer skills for cash handling, reporting, and point-of-sale operation are required.

Experience: Previous supervisory or leadership experience in retail, food service, or convenience preferred.

Leadership Skills: A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold staff accountable.

Certifications: RAMP Certification (Server/Seller Trained) required or willingness to complete.
