We’re looking for an innovative and experienced Group Manager, Cloud Enterprise Support to join our team at Atlassian. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Cloud Enterprise Support team and operations to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading and directing operations, as well as experience in customer service, technical support, and cloud enterprise support.
