Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and optimize for improved conversion rates

Lead A/B testing and experimentation efforts to enhance customer engagement and acquisition initiatives

##### Required qualifications

3-6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing

Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data for decision-making and prioritization

Experience managing digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and email

Mastery of conversion rate optimization and funnel analytics

Experience in SaaS or event technology is a plus
