Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth in both B2C and B2B sectors within the behavioral health field.
##### Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
Execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
Analyze marketing data to identify trends and support SEO, content marketing, and website optimization efforts
##### Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and marketing budgets
