Gym Cleaner

Level7 is a premium health and wellness club focused on delivering an exceptional member experience through premium facilities, quality service and a welcoming community.

As we prepare to open our doors, we are looking for reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team on a full-time basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Level7 during its pre-opening phase and play an important role in ensuring our club is presented to the highest standard for our members and team.

About the Role

As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene and overall presentation of the club, ensuring our facilities are always welcoming, safe and ready for members to enjoy.

Your responsibilities will include

• Cleaning and maintaining gym floors, equipment and training areas.
• Cleaning bathrooms, showers, change rooms and lockers.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of reception, offices and communal areas.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Replenishing cleaning supplies and amenities.
• Ensuring cleaning equipment and products are used safely and correctly.
• Identifying and reporting maintenance or hygiene concerns.
• Following cleaning schedules and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Maintaining a consistently high standard of cleanliness throughout the club.

Your Working Hours

This is a full-time position, working 5 days per week across a rotating roster between Monday and Sunday.

The successful candidates will need to be flexible with their availability, including early morning, evening and weekend shifts as required by the club's operating hours.

About You

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of maintaining a clean, hygienic and welcoming environment.

You will ideally have

• Previous commercial or professional cleaning experience.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage daily cleaning responsibilities.
• A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and safe work practices.
• The ability to work in a physically active role.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends.
• Experience in gyms, health clubs, hotels, hospitality or other high-traffic environments will be highly regarded.
