Your Chef Opportunity – Sartell, MN (Grill 19 and events at Blackberry Ridge)

Our restaurant in Sartell, Minnesota is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to lead our kitchen operations. If you have a strong culinary background, attention to detail, and a drive to create high-quality, consistent dishes, we want to hear from you.

As our Chef, you will play a key leadership role, responsible for

Designing and executing menus (restaurant and events)

Managing and leading kitchen staff

Ordering, inventory management, and cost control

Overseeing kitchen operations and efficiency

Ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are met

Coordinating closely with our events team to execute weddings, banquets, and special events

Managing timing, prep, and service for both daily dining and large-scale events

This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently shift between restaurant service and event execution.

The ideal candidate will have

Culinary training or equivalent experience

Strong knowledge of a variety of cuisines

Proven kitchen management and leadership experience

Experience with event-based cooking (weddings, banquets, or catering)

Strong organizational skills, including menu planning, ordering, and inventory systems

Compensation is based on experience.
