Our restaurant in Sartell, Minnesota is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to lead our kitchen operations. If you have a strong culinary background, attention to detail, and a drive to create high-quality, consistent dishes, we want to hear from you.

As our Chef, you will play a key leadership role, responsible for

• Designing and executing menus (restaurant and events)
• Managing and leading kitchen staff
• Ordering, inventory management, and cost control
• Overseeing kitchen operations and efficiency
• Ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are met
• Coordinating closely with our events team to execute weddings, banquets, and special events
• Managing timing, prep, and service for both daily dining and large-scale events

This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently shift between restaurant service and event execution.

The ideal candidate will have

• Culinary training or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of a variety of cuisines
• Proven kitchen management and leadership experience
• Experience with event-based cooking (weddings, banquets, or catering)
• Strong organizational skills, including menu planning, ordering, and inventory systems

Compensation is based on experience.
