As the Head of Technical Program Management, Banking, the full-time position will oversee the program for Mercury's bank charter and governance work, managing cross-functional teams and directly running select program areas while building and leading a team of TPMs in a remote or onsite capacity.

##### Key responsibilities

Own the program for the bank charter and governance work, managing sequencing, dependencies, risks, and decisions across teams

Define the technical program management operating system, including rituals, tooling, reporting, and standards for cross-functional work

Build and manage exec-level reporting, synthesizing information into dashboards and narratives to communicate key insights

##### Required qualifications

10+ years of program management, engineering, or product leadership experience, with 3+ years managing TPMs or PMs

A technical background in engineering, technical program management, or senior product roles

Experience in regulated industries, preferably in fintech or banking

A proven track record of building program management functions or operating systems

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence across various levels of the organization
