- Delivering and supporting Health & Safety training programmes.
- Working collaboratively with facilities, contractors and project teams to ensure safety is embedded in all activities and developments.
- Facilitating Health & Safety meetings and helping drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organisation.
- What We're Looking For
- You'll be a confident communicator who can build strong working relationships, influence positive change and provide practical, solution-focused advice.
- ### Essential Requirements
- IOSH Managing Safely qualification (minimum).
- NEBOSH National Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety Management, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of five years' relevant Health & Safety experience if working towards qualification.
- Experience working with external regulatory bodies such as the HSE and Environment Agency.
- Experience working alongside contractors and third-party providers.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessments, safety inspections and audit processes.
- Experience developing and delivering Health & Safety training.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
