##### Key responsibilities

Assist in driving the vision and strategy for the Account Services team, focusing on device activation, payments, and account management

Define the product roadmap and ensure cross-functional alignment with stakeholders

Leverage data to generate insights on customer behavior and project business value throughout the product lifecycle

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field

3 or more years of experience in Product Management and/or Technical Program Management

3 or more years of experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs

3 or more years of experience creating and managing Jira user stories

3 or more years of experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams
