To support healthcare initiatives, the full-time remote Healthcare Business Analyst will formulate system scope, act as a liaison between clients and technical teams, and document requirements to enhance client objectives.

##### Key responsibilities

Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs and industry requirements

Act as a liaison to elicit, document, analyze, and validate client requirements

Develop and maintain relationships to support management of project scope and expectations

##### Required qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare industry, with Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred

Knowledge of computer programming concepts and analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL

Experience with SDLC Change Order and requirements facilitation

Strong executive presence and communication skills for client and technical interactions

Hands-on experience developing and reviewing test cases
