Robinhood Heating & Cooling is a fast-growing, mom and pop veteran-owned HVAC company based in Kyle, TX serving the greater Austin area. We’ve built a 5-star reputation in less than a year of full-time operation and we’re heading into our first full peak season with more leads than one person can handle. That’s where you come in.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Residential and light commercial service calls, diagnostics and repairs
• HVAC maintenance and tune-ups
• Identifying and presenting repair and replacement options to customers
• Representing Robinhood’s brand with professionalism and honesty in every home

What We Offer

• Hybrid compensation — competitive hourly base **($25-30+/hr DOE) plus up-to 10% commission on sales, replacements, and repairs you generate on every ticket**

What We’re Looking For

• People skills first, you can teach hvac you can’t teach being genuine
• EPA 608 certified & TDLR — required
• 3+ years residential HVAC experience
• Strong diagnostic skills and customer communication
• Honest, reliable and takes pride in their work
