Heavy Truck Driver
Job Description
Job duties include the transportation of vegetable and floral plant material grown or handled by the Employer only to agricultural customers, distribution centers, and warehouses. All driving is incidental and necessary to the Employer’s agricultural operations. Work will be performed at the Employer’s agricultural facilities and customer delivery locations located in the states of New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, New Hampshire, Michigan, West Virginia, Maryland, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Maine.
Requirements: 6 months of experience. must have a CDL license and verifiable 6 months experience driving CDL. The worker must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records.
