High Volume Production Cook

Prepare high-volume food production with accuracy and speed as a Cook, using proven cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment. Food Safety Certification is required.

This Cook prepares food according to corporate standards, guidelines, regulations, policies, and procedures. The position includes pre-cooking, cooking, mise en place, and quality food service. Successful candidates bring restaurant or prep cooking experience, a recognized cooking school certificate, and familiarity with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare, pre-cook, and cook directed food products

Set up mise en place for high-volume production

Clean kitchen equipment after use

Label, date, store, and rotate products

Report faulty equipment or accidents immediately

Requirements: Proven restaurant cook or prep cook experience

Food Safety Certification required

Recognized cooking school certificate

Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment

Accuracy, speed, and physical ability
