Healthcare Assistant - Part- Time / Full-Time (Macroom, Co. Cork & Surrounding Areas)

Reach Healthcare is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in providing essential, quality home help services.

Role Summary: The Healthcare Assistant will provide compassionate support to clients, focusing on personal care, activities of daily living (ADLs), and general home-help duties. This is an opportunity for highly motivated individuals to positively impact client well-being.

Work Location: In person, Site-based (Macroom, Co. Cork & Surrounding Areas)

Salary & Benefits: Experience Based, €15 - €20 per hour, Part Time; or up to €31,200 – €41,600 per year, Full Time (40h/week); Premium payments for unsocial hours

Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week (Full-time), flexible day shifts (7 days)

Perks: Ability to choose shifts via mobile app, use of company car if eligible, free uniform and full PPE provided, fortnightly payroll, and fully paid comprehensive ongoing training.

Development: Support provided for obtaining relevant QQI certification.

Candidate Profile: QQI Level 5 (or equivalent) in Healthcare Support, or commitment to undertake training. Excellent spoken and written English.

Preferred: Full Irish driving licence.

Welcome: Students currently enrolled in healthcare-related courses.

Pay: €15.00-€20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
