To support a growing healthcare practice, the Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer will accurately review clinical documentation, assign ICD-10 codes, and evaluate OASIS assessment items while working independently in a remote capacity.

##### Key responsibilities

Timely and accurately review patient charts, including home health coding and OASIS assessments

Educate clients on coding trends and OASIS guidelines through direct communication

Maintain ongoing client communication to ensure satisfaction and participate in regular meetings

##### Required qualifications

Minimum of 5 years recent experience in Home Health coding and OASIS operations or quality

Certification in Home Health Coding is required

Certification in OASIS is required

Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and compliance guidelines

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks remotely
