As a Housekeeping Attendant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guest rooms and service areas are maintained to the highest standards. You’ll be responsible for cleaning and servicing rooms, replenishing amenities, and contributing to a safe, welcoming environment for all guests.

Key responsibilities:

Clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards (including stay-over and check-out rooms)

Replenish amenities and ensure correct room setups

Report maintenance and security issues promptly

Participate in environmental and health & safety initiatives

Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations

What we’re looking for:

Relevant housekeeping experience would be beneficial

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Friendly, professional attitude with a commitment to guest satisfaction

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Should ideally be living currently in Christchurch and have valid NZ working rights which allow employment of more than 3 months.

This is a part-time position offering 13+ hours per week, with a variable rotating roster, which will include weekends and public holidays. Pay of $25.53 per hour.
