To support the HR Shared Services function, the full-time HR Shared Services Specialist will manage data transactions, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives remotely on a 3-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start.

##### Key responsibilities

Execute HR transactions and operational tasks throughout the employment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and local regulations

Coordinate employee inquiries and collaborate with HR business partners to resolve complex queries while enhancing technology adoption

Lead process optimization and project management efforts to improve HR operations and support corporate change initiatives

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a shared service center environment

Proficiency in Workday HR information system and knowledge of UK employment law

Experience with HR processes throughout the employee life cycle and project management

Strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement and employee experience
