Supporting the Sales and Marketing team, the full-time remote Human Resources Business Partner will manage recruitment processes, oversee workforce planning, and implement training programs while collaborating with clinical and operational leadership across the U.S.

##### Key responsibilities

Partner with the Recruiting Department to identify and fill key vacancies and lead candidate selection

Monitor and track regional turnover while aligning business objectives with employees and management

Implement training programs and oversee developmental plans, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations

##### Required qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; MA/MBA preferred

Minimum of 7 years of prior generalist experience in HR, preferably in healthcare

Strong knowledge of compensation, employment law, recruitment, and benefits

Experience with EEOC and Department of Labor investigations is desired

SPHR certification or equivalent is preferred
