We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Hybrid Mechanic & Auto Electrician to join our innovative team. Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools
Perform electrical troubleshooting on hybrid and conventional vehicle systems, including wiring, sensors, and control modules
Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, and fluid replacements
Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently
Interpret schematics and wiring diagrams to identify faults accurately and implement effective solutions
Assist in the assembly and installation of new vehicle components or systems as required
Perform heavy lifting safely when handling large parts or equipment during repairs or maintenance tasks
Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for each vehicle or piece of equipment serviced
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction with the work performed
Experience
Minimum 3 Years of Auto Electrician
Proven experience as a mechanic with a strong understanding of automotive systems and electrical components
Knowledge of hybrid vehicle technology, including battery systems, electric motors, and power management units
Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic software specific to hybrid vehicles
Hands-on experience with mechanical repairs using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly processes
Ability to perform maintenance tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards
Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical troubleshooting skills for complex vehicle systems
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
