We focus on preserving habitats, water quality, stakeholder engagement and cultural resources, promoting a holistic approach to environmental impact management at every project stage.
How you’ll make a difference
Plan, coordinate and deliver hydrogeological investigations and groundwater studies across mining, infrastructure and environmental projects throughout Western Australia.
Lead field programs, including drilling oversight, aquifer testing, groundwater monitoring and sampling, while maintaining a strong focus on health, safety and quality.
Develop conceptual hydrogeological models and prepare groundwater assessments, licensing applications, regulatory documentation, technical reports and proposals.
Manage defined projects or technical workstreams, including coordinating resources, budgets, schedules and deliverables.
Build effective relationships with clients, regulators and multidisciplinary project teams, while providing guidance and support to junior hydrogeologists.
The qualities that help you thrive
The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Please apply, all applications will be considered.

Strong technical capability across hydrogeological conceptualisation, drilling supervision, aquifer testing, groundwater monitoring, mine dewatering, water supply and regulatory approvals.
Experience managing projects or technical workstreams, including coordinating field programs, budgets, schedules and project deliverables.
Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality technical reports and proposals, interpret complex environmental and geoscientific datasets, and confidently communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and provide technical guidance or mentoring to less experienced team members.
Tertiary qualifications in Hydrogeology, Geology, Earth Science or a related discipline, along with a current manual driver’s licence and willingness to undertake regular fieldwork.
Applications are reviewed as they come in, and the role may close earlier than expected, so if this opportunity sounds like you, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
