About the Role

Secure identity. Smarter access. Meaningful global impact.

We're looking for an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to design, deliver, administer and support secure identity solutions aligned with business, client and compliance requirements.

Reporting to the Head of Cyber Operations, you'll partner with project managers, technical specialists, application owners, service teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable identity and access outcomes across the global Codan Group.

Working across IAM, identity governance and administration (IGA), and privileged access management (PAM), you'll configure and support modern identity platforms, integrate enterprise applications, automate lifecycle processes and strengthen access governance. You'll also provide advanced operational support and produce high-quality technical documentation, testing evidence and reporting.

This is an exciting opportunity to broaden your technical capability, influence secure access practices and contribute to meaningful cybersecurity outcomes in a growing global technology business.

As a valued member of the team, you will contribute to a variety of activities, including:

Design and deliver IAM solutions aligned with business, client and compliance requirements.

Assess current environments, gather requirements and translate needs into practical technical designs.

Deploy, configure, test and support solutions across IAM, IGA and PAM platforms.

Administer and enhance platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Saviynt, Sailpoint , Cyberark, BeyondTrust, Delinia and AWS.

Implement and support SSO, MFA, provisioning, lifecycle management and risk-based authentication.

Resolve complex identity, access and provisioning issues and escalate material risks appropriately.

Integrate enterprise applications using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM and APIs.

Develop scripts and automation using PowerShell, Python or similar technologies.

Support HR-driven provisioning and effective Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes.

Support user access reviews, reconciliation, lifecycle controls and other access governance activities.

Develop reports, dashboards and metrics for operational monitoring, compliance and identity governance.

Collaborate with internal teams, clients and vendors while producing clear designs, implementation plans, test cases and operational documentation.
