Seeking a highly motivated Implementation Specialist, the full-time role will lead end-to-end technology implementations in the investment management sector, managing project planning and governance while collaborating with client stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Lead front-/middle-/back-office technology implementations, including requirements gathering, workflow design, and training documentation

Own project planning and management, ensuring successful implementation through detailed statements of work and task plans

Drive project governance with regular status meetings, budget tracking, and proactive communication with clients and teams

##### Required qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in implementations, project management, or production support, with a focus on relevant technology configurations

Deep understanding of the Asset and/or Wealth Management value chain and investment products

Proficiency in database management and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and AWS

Experience in at least three Front-/Middle-/Back Office focus areas, such as Portfolio Management, Trading, or Compliance

Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data engineering programming languages
