Job Title: Investment Advisor Support Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an Investment Advisor Support Manager to support independent advisors and enhance the overall advisor experience within a leading financial services environment.

Top Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with independent financial advisors and advisor teams
• Act as a key point of contact for advisor inquiries and business-related requests
• Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, compliance, IT, and training to resolve issues
• Track and report on advisor service levels and support process improvements
• Proactively communicate updates and opportunities to advisor branches

Key Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in financial services or wealth management
• Knowledge of the investment industry, preferably with experience at an investment dealer
• Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Experience with Microsoft Office; exposure to AI tools is a plus
• CFA, CPA preferred
