Leading the enterprise security program in a full-time remote capacity, the IT Security Director will manage governance, risk, compliance, and security operations while developing strategies to protect company systems and data.

##### Key responsibilities

Develop and execute the enterprise IT security strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory obligations

Oversee day-to-day security operations, including incident response and vulnerability management

Lead security governance processes and coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Proven experience leading enterprise security programs and incident response initiatives

Strong knowledge of security domains including network security, identity and access management, and cloud security

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC preferred
