• Xcalibur Smart Mapping is seeking a proactive and service-focused IT Support Administrator to support our Australian operations while collaborating with our global IT team.
• We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, takes ownership of problems and is willing to learn and adapt as technology evolves.
• Key responsibilities
• Provide responsive IT support to employees and follow through until issues are resolved.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues and escalate more complex matters when required.
• Work collaboratively with local teams and global IT colleagues.
• Follow established IT procedures, standards and escalation processes.
• Support IT equipment setup, deployment and general administration.
• Embrace new technologies, including AI-assisted support tools.
• Assist with occasional after-hours IT emergencies when required.

• Solid practical experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A reliable, organised and proactive approach to work.
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools and processes.
