To support the application team, the full-time IT Systems Analyst will manage the design, implementation, and support of information systems, collaborating with various departments and vendors while providing 24/7 technical support.

##### Key responsibilities

Evaluate requests for new or modified computer programs to assess feasibility and compatibility with existing systems

Develop specifications for system changes and coordinate the analysis, development, testing, and implementation of those changes

Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for assigned applications across all Nuvance sites

##### Required qualifications

3-5 years of Information Technology experience or equivalent applicable clinical experience

Associate Degree preferred

Experience with system analysis, design, coding, and testing

Knowledge of change management processes

Ability to work independently and support all aspects of assigned applications
