An organisation operating in the healthcare industry and based in Moorabbin, 3 days from the office is required.

Description

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Analyse and interpret data to identify trends and insights for project planning.

Support the development and implementation of technology solutions.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for project updates.

Assist in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure system effectiveness.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the technology department.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with project teams and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.

Profile

A successful Junior Business Analyst should have

A background in business analysis for technology inplementations

Experience working in Healthcare

Experience with SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central Payroll or other HRIS

Ability to come 3 days to the Moorabbin office (non-negotiable)

Job Offer

Competitive salary package between $80,000 and $100,000 AUD (non-negotiable), excluding superannuation.
