To support a growing healthcare recruitment team, the full-time Junior Medical Recruiter will assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes while working remotely nationwide.

##### Key responsibilities

Collaborate with the Senior Medical Recruiter to maintain and update facility sheets and assist with job postings

Conduct preliminary screenings of candidates and manage follow-ups on leads through various communication methods

Maintain candidate records in recruitment systems and assist with onboarding timelines and documentation

##### Required qualifications

1-2 years of recent recruiting experience required

Bachelor's degree in a related field of study is preferred

Experience with Taleo or similar applicant tracking systems is preferred

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and internet-based research

Knowledge of basic Human Resource principles and best practices in recruiting
